The Connecticut Convention Center has six hotels less than 1 mile away and serviced by the free Hartford Dash shuttle, which runs every 15 minutes, 7am-7pm on weekdays.

The Hartford Marriott Downtown is the preferred conference hotel as it is just across the street from the Convention Center and is connected by a bridge and tunnel. Use this link for reservation at special rate (available until Sept. 18)
